RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. Incorrect Item Sent by PureOcean Marine

If we have shipped the wrong item:

Please notify us within seven days of receiving the goods via email or through our website chat.

Provide clear photos and relevant evidence.

Once we confirm the error, we will provide a return address.

We will cover the return shipping cost and promptly arrange shipment of the correct item.

2. Product Quality Issue

If you believe the product has a manufacturing or quality defect:

Provide photos and a detailed description.

Once the issue is verified by our team:

We will offer a return address,

Cover the return shipping cost,

And either replace the item or offer an appropriate resolution.

The product must be unused and undamaged.

3. Customer Ordered the Wrong Product

If the product received was ordered incorrectly:

Notify us within 7 days of receipt via official communication channels.

We offer an exchange service (subject to stock availability).

The customer is responsible for return and re-shipping costs.

Refunds are not provided for incorrect orders.

4. Change of Mind or Preference

If you no longer want the product (e.g., you prefer a different size or grade):

Inform us within 7 days of receipt, and the item must be unused and in its original condition.

We offer an exchange (stock permitting).

The customer bears all return shipping costs.

We do not issue refunds for change-of-mind returns.

5. Made-to-Order Products or Custom-Length hose

Customized products or custom-length hose are non-returnable.

However, we are happy to assist with exchanges, depending on your situation.

All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Replacement items may be offered at a discounted price.
